The Organization and Student Involvement Studio

Purpose

The Organization and Student Involvement Studio provides student organizations access to print and art supplies. The OASIS is located in Rosenthal Student Center, Room 201.

Services Provided

  • Free printing of flyers of up to 25 copies a day (single sided)*

    • up to 25 copies a day (single sided)*

    • paper size offered: 8.5”x11” only

    • paper stock: 20 lb.
      *double sided pages will count as 2 copies

  • Access to the following supplies:

    • Tri-fold corrugated display board (each NSU student organization is allowed to request one board per academic term)
    • Kraft paper (from roll)
    • Colored paper (8.5x11 size)
    • Paint, glue, markers, pencils and additional crafting materials
  • NSU student organizations can print flyers for organization businesses only.
    • Printing for personal or class related materials are not allowed.
  • All materials will be reviewed for policy compliance and for NSU logo usage to ensure its compliance with the University's Graphic Identity Standards and Policies.
    • Please view our logo usage guidelines. A copy of an official college logo can be obtained by contacting the program office of your respective college/school, or you can download the generic NSU logo here.
  • Any requests with materials that contain depictions of pornography, offensive, excessive violence, illegal and abusive and/or any outright denigration of race or religion and matters that threaten one's interest, and violation of any copyright law will be refused.

Monday-Friday: 9:00AM-6:00PM

Saturday and Sunday: Closed
