With Lantern there are no deductibles, copays, or out-of-pocket expenses. You and your dependents receive high-quality care with transparent rates and no hidden fees. If your surgery requires travel beyond 50 miles, you may even qualify for full travel reimbursement.
Lantern is available to all NSU employees and their dependents enrolled in medical insurance through ICUBA. This program provides access to an extensive network of board-certified surgeons for elective, non-emergency procedures, such as knee and hip replacements.

When your doctor recommends surgery, the first step is easy—call Lantern at 855-200-2119. From there, you'll be connected with a Concierge Care Specialist, your guide through the entire process. Here’s what you can expect:

- Top Surgeons: Lantern connects you with industry-leading, board-certified surgeons who have performed your procedure numerous times with excellent results. You'll receive a list of 3-5 specialists to make sure you receive high-quality care.
