How Teladoc Works
- Connect: Reach out to a doctor by phone, web, or app, from anywhere.
- Consult: For just a $5 copay, you can connect with a doctor by phone or video for a variety of non-emergency conditions including:
- Ear infections
- Urinary tract infections
- Upper respiratory infections
- Allergies
- Flu
- Coughs
- And more!
- Treat: Receive a diagnosis, treatment plan, and prescriptions, if necessary.

The easiest way to sign up for Teladoc is through single sign-on via MyHealthToolkit:

- Log in to your account
- Click on Teladoc
- Create an account, add your medical history, allergies, preferred pharmacy, and payment method. (For primary members only.)
- Schedule your visit!
