Nova Southeastern University is home to over 900 international students from more than 100 countries, creating a diverse and vibrant campus community. The Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS) provides immigration assistance and acts as a liaison with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Our goal is to offer excellent service and ensure a remarkable overall experience through support services and events like international student orientation, International Education Week, and networking events.

F-1 and J-1 Student Advising

NSU’s international student advisers support you with academic questions, course planning, permits, and visas. Whether you're a current or prospective student, we’re here to help make your transition to NSU and South Florida smooth and seamless.

Drop-In Advising:

• Monday and Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
• Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
