Welcome to Nova Southeastern University's web site for the Fulbright U.S. Graduate Student Program! This site is your link to all the information you will need to learn about the Fulbright Program and successfully complete the application process.
The goal of the U.S. Student Fulbright Program is to promote mutual understanding through a commitment to the free flow of ideas and people across national boundaries. Fulbright grants provide students with the opportunity to study and conduct research abroad. The grants offer students the opportunity to experience another culture, to contribute research to their field of study, and to develop leadership skills and their careers. Grants may provide funds for round-trip international travel and living expenses for the tenure of the award.
Interested students should begin the application process by learning about the Fulbright Program from the Institute of International Education (IIE) web site. IIE administers the Fulbright grants and provides all necessary information pertaining to the program, types of grants available, eligibility requirements, and individual country specifications. The IIE is an information rich site, but daunting! Please explore the IIE web site thoroughly and be sure to click on the tab for Students as well as the Resources Page.
