As a specialized clinic, Nova Southeastern University's Institute for Neuro-Immune Medicine operates on a self-pay basis. Our fees reflect the expertise of our health care providers and the personalized care we offer. The INIM operates on a self-pay basis. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. A $25 fee will apply to returned checks. Please note that payment is due at the time of service. For information on potential insurance reimbursements, we encourage patients to contact their insurance providers directly.
