Title IX Resources and Support Services

At Nova Southeastern University, the safety and well-being of our campus community are a top priority. We are committed to creating a safe learning and working environment. The NSU Title IX Team will provide resources, support, and information tailored to your needs. 

If you or someone you know has experienced sex discrimination or sexual violence, contact the NSU Title IX Coordinator at TitleIX@nova.edu or submit a report through our secure online reporting form to get resources and assistance.

What is Title IX?

Title IX protects students, educators, and staff from all forms of sex or gender discrimination, including sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, sexual exploitation, dating and domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation.

Center for Student Counseling and Well-Being

The Center for Student Counseling & Well-Being (CSCW) by Henderson Behavioral Health provides confidential services to NSU students. From stress management to crisis intervention, CSCW provides individual counseling, consultations, and workshops to help students navigate challenges and reach their full potential.
